01 / About EagerHQ

AN OPEN SOURCE TEAM THAT SHIPS.

EagerHQ is an open source development team based in the UK. We build tools we actually need, release them publicly, and ship flagships people can use. Voxlit for voice and AI on the Mac. Webnite for Security+ exam prep as a story-driven game.

No feature creep to justify a price tier. No dark patterns. No tracking smuggled in. Every project starts as a solution to a real problem. Two flagships live. More on the way.

02 / What We Build

FOUR THINGS.
DONE WELL.

We don't do everything. We build four kinds of software: native apps, real-time web tools, interactive experiences, and open source tools. Everything built in public.

01

Native macOS Apps

Swift apps that feel at home on the Mac, with optional AI capabilities via lightweight cloud backends. Proper keyboard shortcuts, no Electron bloat. See: Voxlit.

02

Real-Time Web Tools

WebRTC, WebSockets, browser-native audio and data pipes. Peer-to-peer where possible, no round-trip through a server when it isn't needed. See: Patchbay.

03

Interactive Experiences

Story-driven games and learning platforms. Pixel-art, hand-written content, real progression. Not gamification dust sprinkled on a spreadsheet. See: Webnite.

04

Open Source Tools

Tools, helpers, and experiments we build in the open. MIT-licensed on GitHub. If it solves a real problem, we release it. Fork it, run it, build on it.

SAY “HEY VOXLIT”
THE AI ACTS.

Voxlit Agent turns your voice into action. Say “Hey Voxlit” before any command and the AI processes your intent, not just your words. The result lands in your focused app, ready to send or commit.

Powered by Voxlit Cloud. No API key needed, no setup, free during beta.

Train like a knight.
Think like a hacker.

A STORY-DRIVEN WAY TO PASS SECURITY+.

Sir Alaric, a time-displaced medieval knight, teaches modern squires to defend the digital realm. Bite-sized lessons, hand-written questions, pixel-art castle scenes, and a sci-fi UI that makes every concept stick. Currently in beta with Domain 1 fully playable.

“I defended a castle for thirty years with a sword. You get concept cards and quiz rounds. Frankly, squire, you have the easier job.”

06 / Our Values

THE RULES WE SHIP BY.

01

Sharp focus

Every product does one thing. No kitchen-sink feature list. No roadmap item added to justify a higher price tier. If you don't need it, we haven't shipped it.

02

Ship what we'd use

Every product starts as a fix for a real frustration we had ourselves. Voxlit because paying $20 a month to talk to a Mac is absurd. Patchbay because audio shouldn't round-trip a server. Webnite because Security+ prep should be fun.

03

Honest defaults

No dark patterns, no pre-checked mailing lists, no analytics smuggled in. The app works before you sign up. Sometimes there's nothing to sign up for. If it's in beta, we say beta.

04

Open when we can

Voxlit is MIT-licensed on GitHub — app, helper, and cloud server. Read it, fork it, run your own forever. Openness where it helps, craft where it doesn't.

07 / Shipping + Next

TWO LIVE. ONE BETA. MORE COMING.

Here's what we've shipped and what we're building next. No hypothetical items. If it's on this list, it's real and open.

01Flagship

Voxlit

Voice dictation + AI Agent for macOS. Live at voxlit.co.

02Flagship

Webnite

Story-driven Security+ exam prep game. Pixel-art knight meets cyber defense. In beta.

03Side
